Classroom Management Plan
• First Days of School
During the first days of school I will be sure to have the classroom ready for young learners. By being prepared prior to the start of school, I will be able to maximize student learning and decrease student misbehavior.
I will have nametags placed on each desk so that students may walk in and find their seat right away.
I will build the framework for procedures that will be vital for the first days of school and setting the tone for the entire year.
These will include classroom rules, consequences, bathroom policy, lining up, and walking in the hallway.
I will Explain, Model, Practice, and reteach these framework procedures to ensure an effective outcome.

Group Lessons: Do not bring any materials with you unless specified. Student will find assign seat on the carpet where they must sit during this time. Voices are off and eyes are forward.
Passing out papers: Have one student from each table be the helper. They will be in charge of passing out papers for their table the entire week.
Bathroom policy: During instructional time students are not allowed to use the restroom unless it is an emergency. Explain to students when it is a good time to use the bathroom (snack, lunch, recess). Student must ask teacher prior to going to use the restroom. Explain the amount of toilet paper, soap, and paper towel should be used in the bathroom.
