The prentice halls, self-assessment online edited by Stephen P. Robbins relates to the students' knowledge, beliefs, and feelings. In addition, self-assessment wide ranges of personal skills, abilities, and interests. The assessments, self-scoring training generate individual investigation and founded to be informative and motivating. The test gives an individual a chance to assess him or herself on how we communicate within an organization, daily life experiences and morals and values situation. Reman was an area of remanufactured part; the team and I rework used parts. Gender was an issue leader of reman as a female African American around 34 years old it was hard for the males to participate in Reman area. Power and conflict; I handle this situation with a statement that every male understood. Fischer Presentation 5 Organizational Behavior: Communications, “formal channels can be emplacing the flow of ideas to encourage employees for production”. “I explained the managers choose me for this position; I accepted, and whoever does not want to work, let the managers be aware, since I know we all have bills; house payment, car notes and children as well, and if you all give me a chance we can make (Reman) a successful productive area refurbishing used parts”. Well, it was hard, however, the males worked hard in Reman and as their leader all employees were rewarded as pushing out the most efficient refurbished parts over another area, which made brand new parts. According to (Robbins &Judge, pg.124. 2009) Femininity ratings means the culture sees little differences between male and female roles and treat women as the equals as men in all aspect. (Robbins & Judge self-Assessments, 2008) “Characterized as an ENTP, I am a physical or deterministic, high structured and higher hierarchy decision making individual”.
