Reman was an area of remanufactured part; the team and I rework used parts. Gender was an issue leader of reman as a female African American around 34 years old it was hard for the males to participate in Reman area. Power and conflict; I handle this situation with a statement that every male understood. Well, it was hard, however, the males worked hard in Reman and as their leader all employees were rewarded as pushing out the most efficient refurbished parts over another area, which made brand new parts.
