Senior Project Reflection

What I learned during the research process was the basic information based on safety to equipment dealing with construction. I also learned that there is a lot of things that construction workers go threw during their day by day process. What I researched affected my hours was I knew what equipment that I would be able to use. I also learned from my research that I would need proper safety gear to be able to do my Senior Project hours. My research related to my hours because it dealt with the early phases of construction which is excavating and blueprinting. The life skills I acquired from learning and working during the project hours was that you have to be physical and mentally smart when it came to working in the construction field

The experiences I have with presentations or speaking in front of others is actually having a class on speeches where a wrote a speech every week. I also work at Food Lion where I have to talk all day where my people skills would increase every time I would work which has been 2 years so far.What I am doing to prepare for the presentation to ensure a successful completion is actually make sure I know my information by taking notes. I also prepare by taking note cards down and practicing what would sound good when it comes time for the speech. If I had to go back and do parts of the Senior Project again, I would of spread the amount of hours spent with my mentor. I would of also would of made sure that I have brought more water because it is hard work and could really tire you out. How the entire process stretched me as a learner, a professional, and as an individual was that it showed me work in the real world was not easy as every one else thinks in school. I also think it helped me grow on mental sense because it helped me grow in the engineering field. How it surprised myself when I encountered obstacles for example was when Mr.Pedulla let me put together some important equipment at first I was nervous at first then I jumped right in and started helping.How the skills I learned and mastered during the Senior Project will help me in my life is it will show
