Should Perry Dick Get The Death Penalty

Perry and Dick have murdered 4 people and have been caught, they have been put on the death penalty. They have been put into different cells, the family that was killed were called the clutters, when Perry killed them he didn't know what he was doing. Perry and Dick should both get the death penalty because Perry had killed the family and even if Dick didn't he was still considered an accomplice in the murder and no one is sure if he did kill even one them or not.
Many people may say that Perry and Dick are insane or crazy, but they killed those people because they wanted to. They wanted money and they heard that there was $10,000 in the clutter family's house, they obviously had gotten bad information. We believe that they should get the death …show more content…

They also tied up the family and put them to bed before they shot them, which is a little different. We are also debating between if they are insane or not, but if they are not they of course do not get the death penalty, but if they are not proven to be insane they will be decided upon for the death penalty.
They are trying to get away with killing a family, i don’t know if it’s just that people don’t know the laws or something because it’s illegal to kill someone first of all but an entire family, and this is why we should give them the death penalty. They do not deserve to live after what they have done.
What if they do this again murder another family for a couple of bucks and don’t get caught the next time and keep doing it, eventually there isn’t going to be people alive to live with us as a friend or family. What if you let them go and they go and murder your family next. Then you will then understand the pain and frustration this family is in. This is why we believe they deserve the death penalty, so no one has to suffer for the crimes they have committed and so they don’t cause any more
