The government is interfering with the people's rights and it goes against what this country stands for. Although soda is a problem, the right solution is not to ban soda cups more than 16 ounces. The country was established to give people freedom, now it is being taken away. Furthermore, the soda ban should not be implemented because it interferes with people’s rights.
