I think we can improve our school systems by improving something that we lack. We need to improve our students' confidence; we can do this by adding these texts to our school systems book clubs. The name of the book I'm choosing is The Odyssey. It is about Odysseus’ journey and trails as he goes on a quest and comes home. This story takes place back 2,700 years ago.

LGBT Bullying in the US About 86.2 percent of LGBT students reported bullying in America in 2011. The LGBT community refers to the people who are Lesbian, Gay, Bisexial, and Transgender. This community has been under fire since the day it became an official group and long before that. This is mainly because of religion and personal belief. Just because they go against people's belief does not mean that LGBT students should be ridiculed for their life style.
Kids and teens who are usually the bullies tend to have some type of internal problems with themselves so they pick out problems that they may see in other people and choose to enhance them and make the victim feel bad about his or herself to try and distract themselves from
Some people also bully others to fit in. Because the school bully is usually the popular kid, they want to be like them. Everyone wants to be popular and accepted, so they think of bullying as a way to get what they want. People also bully others to avoid being bullied themselves. Some kids think that bullying makes you look big and bad, and that will make others afraid of you, so they will not bully you.”
Each time bullies hurt other children, they become even more removed emotionally from the suffering of their victims. They learn to vindicate their actions by believing their victims deserve to be bullied. As a result of this, bullies often fail to develop the social skills of sharing, reciprocating and empathizing, which form the basics for lasting friendships. Moreover, children and adolescents who bully others are at an increased risk for substance use/abuse, criminal convictions and being abusive towards partners, spouses or children later in life. Research shows that by their mid-thirties, sixty percent of people who bullied other children in grades six through nine have at least one criminal conviction.

However, the health care leaders desire to fix the poor quality problems that exist in healthcare (Chassin, 2013). Hospitals are spending more capital, time, and vitality to improve quality and safety matters (Chassin, 2013).
