There are many growth opportunities for the airline following increasing disposable income among Americans (Bryson et al., 2013). Many Americans are attracted to customer loyalty programs, which can grow the current number of clients the airline has been serving. The increase in the number of business travels opens another window for the carrier to invest in the business market, which continues to attract thousands of customers from nations such as China and India among others. The aging population is taking travels seriously as a leisure pursuit, and this remains an area that the company can tap in to realize more revenue flow in the coming years. A human resource officer at Spirit should take great interest in knowing each of the staff at a personal level to bring about the desired change. The employer needs to establish a winning culture, which challenges both non-unionized and unionized employees. Spirit Airline needs to inculcate a winning culture and get all employees involved towards realizing that success. The textbook also says the success of any organization depends on an organization’s culture. Organizational culture which serves as a source of identity for individuals, which may in turn increases their commitment to the organization (Mitchell, 2016). It helps employees with an interpretation of what is expected of them by the employers. If the employees of Spirit Airline are again educated on the culture expected of them it will help them in changing unethical cultures in an organization. This will not only change the perception of the employees but will help its customers once more believe in Spirit
