Currently there are two different areas I could see myself working on down the road. The first being operations. I have worked in operations in two different capacities and I enjoy the concept that no day will be the same. Everyday there is a different obstacle that the operations department must adjust to and that idea excites me. The second career path is working with the salary cap.
I am writing to apply for Popular and Special Programs Coordinator with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. As a result, I developed a deep commitment to the arts not only as a musician but as a facilitator and I longed to work in an environment that supported artistic and professional integrity. I am constantly encouraged by my experiences with the Detroit Symphony to continue my participation in the performing arts community; I am confident my background qualifies me to competently perform the necessary duties of the Popular and Special Programs Coordinator. Growing up, children are always asked what they want to be when they grow up. For most kids, the most common answers include a doctor,a vet, a firefighter and the most funniest, a superhero. When I looked further into it, the career that interested me the most was Teacher Assisting. Being a teacher’s assistants meets what I value through having a good workplace, since I get to work with kids and it is something I love to do. There would be a sense of accomplishment seeing all when a child finally gets something that they are struggling on and the innovative challenge of coming up with new ways to present the same information so that each student gets the concept. In order to be in this career field I would need to have the abilities of oral comprehension and expression as well as be able to speak clearly and understand what someone is saying when they speak to me. Being in this career field means I would be supervising children in distinct places around the school environment.
I want to be a social worker for kids. I feel like the kids need more help than anyone in the world. The kids are helpless when it comes to losing their parents or getting abused by their own parent. I would want to be that teacher whose students want to come to class everyday no matter what their circumstance. My grandmother has always been a big influence in my life and my backbone to where I stand
Psychology Psychology, the career that takes understanding the behavior of an ordinary human into a deeper, more emotional meaning with mental connection. Psychology is a career that I’d love to partake for the reason that it defines the truth behind human behavior. It’s interesting considering not many people understand the way the brain functions and how the brain is linked to your emotions causing you to feel and act a certain way. Becoming a psychologist would make me happy because I’d have the sophisticated ability to understand people struggling with a mental yet emotional way. Helping others is one the best accomplishments ever.
