With this being said, I feel as though my non-traditional Student Affairs studies partnered with my considerable work in Student Life, Housing & Residence Life, and Community Engagement will bring a unique blend of experience and perspective to Pace University allowing me to take the next step in my career.
Through my professional experience, I have gained pragmatic knowledge while working independently and in team settings. I have been known to make innovative decisions and think creatively and critically to solve problems. As a direct supervisor of 4-20 undergraduate student leaders, I gained experience as a mentor, giving feedback and support to my staff members. I have been able to explore the flexibility of my supervision style and help my staff develop and strengthen their own skill sets.
