Proposed Strategic Plan
Wingstop will continue carrying its daily service methods as they have proven to work efficient with their customers. However, the company also wishes to continue bringing back loyal customers to its locations and continue to provide them with the best service they have already received and more.
Wingstop would like to add on a ‘Loyalty Rewards’ program allowing frequent customers to accumulate points and earn prizes after a certain amount of purchases. The company would also like to make the environment within the restaurant a home like atmosphere. Wingstop also wants to add more special customer nights such as; Wing Expert Night, On this night, customers can battle each other in a game containing numerous challenges for a chance to meet Rick Ross, the famous rapper and owner of Wingstop, or win a variety of other smaller prizes such as a gift card to Wingstop, small fries or 5 boneless wings.

To do this, Wingstop would like to give back to the customers and partner up with different organizations such as DECA Inc. and local high school organizations to offer scholarships and paid internships to students wanting to enter the workforce or enroll in college. This will help customers feel as if Wingstop is a part of their family. Also, Wingstop would like to sponsor local events in the community by giving food, time, and fun to those in need. Wingstop can do this by having employees volunteer at local shelters. The company will also host an annual job expo to help expand the company, open job opportunities and give back to the local community. The job expos can be held at local high schools or civic
