There are many distinct reasons why sugar is bad for you, it is unhealthy for your body, it’s bad for your teeth, if you consume a large amount of sugar it makes your over weight, sugar has a very additive effect on the brain, and sugar does not have any nutrients. Sugar is high in glucose and fructose and it can overload your liver because it enters the bloodstream and then broken down into the digestive tract. Glucose is in all living cells; our bodies automatically produce it even when we don’t get it from our diet.
