SIU Carbondale is a Division One College in Southern Illinois. Included in the main focus is the website’s innovative and user-friendly design, the accessibility of individual program specifics, and finally the simplified complexity that is the website’s strategy.

Over my short, seventeen-year lifetime, I have had passions in many areas, from geography to soccer to leadership. However, as I have grown older, I have had a growing passion for the schools in my area because they taught me everything that I know and have given me all the opportunities that I have taken advantage of. Because of this growing passion, I became involved in two very important organizations that influence the future of the Sartell – St. Stephen School District: the Community Schools Planning Initiative and the Sartell – St. Stephen Board Of Education. The mission for the Johnston Community College (JCC) Child Development Center is to produce an early childhood education that would meet the needs of the families whom are being served, by providing a nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. They believe in training teachers to work with young children in loving respectful ways, that would enrich their environment. The goal is to provide young children with the best care possible, and to aid the Early Education Students in becoming the next generation of Early Education Professionals.
