As a teenager myself, I’ve watched plenty of different movies and TV shows, however, I don’t remember any of them getting as much attention and controversy as ‘Thirteen Reasons Why’ did. Many suicides could be linked with teen stress and responsibility. Teen responsibility can mean a lot of different things whether it is from getting/keeping a part-time job, being the “popular kid”, or just trying to keep grades up. In almost all cases teenagers who bully others get some type of satisfaction in causing pain and injury to other teenagers. Being bullied should be an experience that no youth ever has to go through. Young teens who are being bullied try to seek out ways to cope with the pain and suffering.
