Education is a lifelong process by which people gain knowledge, experience and skills formally by attending an institution and informally by the environment through experience. Education does not only mean learning to read and write or attending school. Teaching simply continued introducing itself in each teacher’s life. Education is important in everyone’s life for living morally, creatively, and productively in the society. Education is important to develop the skills, knowledge. Individuals needed to be a responsible citizen in the society to contribute and to share as a member of society. When people are educated, they hold a place in the society. Education should prepare young people for life, work and citizenship."

Good teaching is about listening to our students, questioning them, being responsive to student’s questions and remembering that each student and class is different. It’s about prompting reactions and building up the oral communication skills of the quiet students. It's about pushing students to exceed expectations and being proficient at all times. In my class as much as I have intelligent students, I have children with poor academics. Though they are academically poor, they are capable of achieving better results. Students should be taught with dignity, and provide student centered learning environment. Teachers must ensure that every child knows they are commendable, by listening and nurturing their needs. There were times when concentrating generally on the intellectual aspect of students made sense. Working from the assumption that the student is not separate from his or her education, a perspective of education unravels that reflects students’ lives right now.
