In order for me as a teacher to know the needs of each and every learner in my class I need to fully engage all of them in my learning processes. Most of all I need to have open ears to hear out my learners grievances or issues that they are concerned about. Each and every learner in my class should be my first priority. I will always make sure that I recruit their interests in everything that I do or say in their class presence. In order for me to make them more interested in my teaching skills I will connect what am teaching with the happenings of real life to grab their interest.

Us teachers should instead assist each and every learner and organise them the right tools, appropriate materials or extra classes if that be needed to add to their success value.
Even if students are not our children by birth we as teachers should still learn to love each and every one of them in class regardless of their weaknesses or them learning slower than others. We must establish that tight bond with our learners. Most of the time of the day students are with us teachers therefore we should treat them in a very same way.
Regardless of us having teaching posts down in the rural areas where most of the teaching tools are lacking with no technology access at all we still need to be productive

to our students and give them the best education every child could have. Nonetheless of the situations in classes students will always depend on us teachers and we must accommodate them by always having open hands for them.

Students in our classes should always know that their success is in their own hands. Students should be treated equally in class by us teachers regardless of their gender, nationality, disability or coming from less fortunate families. All students have a way in which they learn best so us teachers should learn to accommodate them in class. Us as teachers should fulfill our students need no matter what the situation is.
We have to plan ahead the future of our learners by working together with them for a clear vision of life. Teachers must furthermore respond well and timely to all the students in class. As much as we as teachers expect respect from our learners we should also give them that very same respect in return. One other thing we should show interest in knowing our learners, their characters, personalities and their family backgrounds.
Students should understand that education is worthy and we also as professionals learn a lot from them everyday.
