• Teachers:
To me teachers are the main factor that influences and impacts student learning. Creating a professional relationship between teachers and learners, will maintain boundaries, which will mean the teacher will be respected, and seen as a gentle person, who cares about her students, but still has a certain amount of authority to her or him. There should be a continues recruitment for teachers who are effective, capable of handling pressure and managing difficult classes, as well as dealing with students who does not have the same life values, or behaviour patterns, as well as the necessary skills to make the students strive to achieve of what they are capable of academically, socially as well as culturally. The teacher should have an excellent understanding of what the set curriculum entails, as well as what is expected of them, as a teacher.
• Principles
The principle is the second most important factor, the teacher being the first most important factor. A principle should have a firm grip over his staff, as well as students that attends and works at is school. He should be able to plan and improve on school systems, as well as procedures that needs improvement, but also think of new procedures, and how to get the teachers and students to become a team. They usually participate in carefully studying the lesson plan, or assignments, that their colleagues did, and give them feedback on a critical level.
