I have never had problems in school. In fact, I would even say I enjoyed and loved school ever since I was a child. I cannot help, but say my cultural background has played a major role in shaping my educational path and expectations towards it. My personal background, my development, my education and the experiences as a student have shaped my attitude towards education and allowed me to choose to become a history teacher as a career.
I have only been in the classroom for over three months. Although experience so far is very brief I have gain a lot of experience. I have learned how to plan my lessons to accommodate all students’ needs. I realize every student is different and have different interest. I also look into how students interact not only with myself but also with their peers in and outside of the classroom.

As a teacher I am constantly multitasking between classroom management and assessing students whether it is informatively or formatively. Either way I have to monitor the whole classroom no matter where I position in the classroom.
As I student teach I want to gain feedback from my observes on how I keep students engaged, accommodate all students needs and provide students with a safe environment that is conducive to their learning. These are issues I am working on and would like to improve as I student teach.
