Being an elementary teacher comes with lots of responsibilities and difficult tasks. You must have a long-lasting determination to help children learn and encourage them to achieve goals. You must have a like-able personality so that you students trust you enough to listen and obey your commands. Being in charge is a great way to keep the classroom in order. Normally a beginner elementary teacher would get around $36,141. But when you gain more experience you can get paid around $46, 941 a year. But money isn’t the only reward a teacher would get. They would also embrace being around kids and learning more about them. A teacher would also be in a great environment, with other teachers that can help guide you through your teaching years, and help you if you struggle. There are many things that make it easier to be a teacher. It is easier to be intelligent so that you can give others some of your knowledge. It is great to have manners and respect towards other people. So that they will have respect towards you. Being loud and having great speech and the best way to communicate easily. You wouldn’t be a good teacher if you don’t like to talk or if you don’t have good communication skills. Kids would like their teacher to be helpful and encouraging. But, if you have children they could go to school at the same school that you teach at. Most teachers have time to spend with family. It depends on how much grading you have to take home with you. If you constantly have lots to grade, you will lose time for family. But, if you don’t have very many assignments to grade then you have a bigger opportunity to spend time with family.
