Antisocial personality disorder is characterized by the total disregard of the feelings of others, the lack of care of what happens to them, a grandiose sense of self, pathological lying, conning-manipulative behaviors, lack of remorse, lack of empathy and failure to accept responsibility. Sufferers of antisocial personality disorder care only about what they can gain from others and feel that they are the only person that matters, they live only in the present and behave as if social regulations do not apply to them.
