Classroom management
Hargreaves reminds us that rules specify acceptable forms of classroom conduct and that they are either laid down by the teacher or arrived at by agreement between him and the children. Rules play an important part in helping to define the classroom situation in terms of the teacher’s dominance and if this is not established early on, then the children will define the situation on their advantage and very much to the teacher’s discomfort. The purpose of a good classroom management is to allow effective teaching and learning to take place and maintaining discipline.
Good relationships with students

The educators establish a good relationship with their pupils by being pleasant and approachable to them and respecting each other. For example before starting the class the will make small jokes, make them feel at ease them they will begin explanation. This action help students to feel good about, communicate with the educators and change their attitudes towards them and develops a care and supportive relation with the educator resulting in a trust classroom management.
Set rules and regulations
Rules and regulation are usually set by the educators on the first of the class. For example on the first day the educators have already told them that they
• should bring their books and copybooks in every class
• they should not eat in class
• Do not talk while explaining etc.

Communicate effectively
Educators communicate effectively to avoid misunderstanding.
