In September 1983, an 11 year old female by the name of Sabrina Buie was found dead in a soybean field in Robeson County. She was beaten very bad, She was also raped and suffocated. As days passed , police got noticed that two teenagers could be a prime suspect for the crime. Their names were Henry Lee McCollum age 19, and Leon Brown, who are 15. They also were step brothers.
A bonechilling, mystery, murder took place in a peaceful/small town in Boulder, Colorado, taken place on Christmas night shook the nation. Beauty queen, pageant winner, adorable, innocent JonBenet Ramsey was killed in the family home on the night of December 25th, 1996. Jonbenet was found with a device around her neck that straggled her, stun gun marks on her left side of her body, hands tied above her head, and tape over her mouth. Later autopsies found that the girl was bashed over her head leaving an 8 ½ inch fracture. Then found later on that Jonbenet was sexually assaulted.
The body of innocent six-year-old child JonBenet Ramsey was the primary evidence of her murder. Due to the Ramseys reporting JonBenet missing and police being aware that most reported missing children are located in or around their homes, they were instructed to search their own home. The Ramseys discovered a point of entry in their basement, where they found broken glass and forced entry. Patsy Ramsey, the mother, discovers a lengthy ransom letter demanding money for the return of JonBenet. Additionally, it is discovered later that the ransom letter is written inside the home.
On October 18th, a teen in Meridian, Idaho shot and killed a 15-year-old, but police say the the shooting was an accident. 18-year-old David Provencio was smoking marijuana and consuming alchohol with many others in a home close to East Franklin Road. Provencio said that he pointed the gun and shot the victim, not knowing that the gun was loaded. And the kid who was shot was pronounced dead at the hospital. When the authorities arrived at the scene they were told that the kid shot himself while there were several children and a few adults there at the time of the shooting.

Just a few days ago Robert “Bob” Sheldon, 18, was pronounced dead at the local park fountain in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The police investigated the crime scene and concluded the cause of death was stab wounds in the abdomen. We can determine Bob and his friend David attempted murder on Ponyboy Curtis, 14, and Johnny Cade, 16. Ponyboy and Johnny have now been confirmed suspects in the case.
In Waukegan, Illinois in 1992, Holly Staker, 11 years old, was raped and murdered while babysitting. An informant led the police to Juan Rivera who was 19 and a former special education student. Rivera was convicted of burglary and had an electronic monitoring at the time of the murder. When the investigators initially questioned him, he denied committing the crime.

Ovi Cruz is being accused of misleading police, according to prosecutors who say Cruz lied about how well he knew the man wanted for the murder of Ashley Bortner, reports say. Fernando Owens, 43, of Dorchester, Mass., is wanted for the murder of 29-year-old Bortner. Bortner, a Paulsboro native, was found Nov. 3 alongside railroad tracks in Bridgwater, Mass.
There exists, in the world of criminal justice, a special group of criminals. These are criminals, that despite being minors, are charged as adults. Karter Kane Reed is in this group. When he was just 16, he stabbed and killed Jason Robinson. He was found guilty of second-degree murder and was sentenced to life in prison, albeit, with the possibility of parole after having served 15 years of incarceration.
Hae minlee was killed at the Best Buy parking lot. She was choked to death by the murderers bare hands. There are three possible suspects Jay was a drug dealer. drug dealers by nature are shady people. Jay admits to lying to the police and lying in court but justifies this by saying he was trying to protect his grandmother.
