During these past few years there has been a huge shortage of educators across all of the United States and, many states have loosened their certification rules in order to keep up with the amount of missing educators in their states. This act would have a terrible impact because educators would be less trained, standards would be lowered for certification and, anyone could become a certified teacher making some candidates unqualified and responsible with students.
Many teachers across the United States must to obtain a bachelor’s degree, complete a teacher preparation program and get state or national certification for teachers (Understanding). Unfortunately, educators lack one or more of these requirements to become officially certified teachers. By lacking certain requirements it leaves our schools vulnerable to unprepared teachers. Having a huge amount of not fully trained educators may affect the education that our students are receiving (Felton). Educators that have a missing requirements may create an issue in future encounters with their students leaving them vulnerable to problems with important tests that they may need for graduation in the future. …show more content…

Educators may be irresponsible with students and can create a chaos of ours students education (understanding). Some educators may not follow the guidelines of what educators should be doing and, by lacking that experience our students might be hurt not only in what they might be learning now but, in their future education for their careers. We must take in consideration how unprepared teachers can create problems in our country’s educational system.
