The First Crusade was called by Pope Urban II in 1906. The First Crusade lasted three years. It started in 1906 and ended in 1099. The First of the Crusades was located in three different places, Anatolia, Levant, and Near East. There were two groups involved with the First Crusade, which were Christians and Muslims. The First Crusade was started when Christians from Europe answered to Pope Urban II’s plea to go to war against Muslim forces in the Holy Land. The Christians were successful.
