Moving into the 21st century, we live on the edge of scientific and technological advancement. Many great inventions were made by some of the incredible minds of our history, whose main purpose were to improve our life, and make it better than before. Since the beginning of time, we always had the determination to improve our life. From the era of the cave mans until now, it is impossible to list all of our inventions and discoveries. However, every invention had its importance and aided making our life better. Among these astonishing inventors, one of the most influential inventors was Thomas Edison. If Thomas Edison had not failed, he might not have become one of the greatest inventors in history. Thomas Edison conducted thousands of experiments with his lab associates it develops a light bulb. During the process of creating a light bulb, Edison fails numerous times, but from his failure he learned what no to do and kept working at it. He figured it out the in order to make light bulb function he need to invent new component for each step, from sealed glass bulbs to switches and vacuumed, special types of wire and meters. His greatest challenge was to come up with a material that will serve as a long lasting filament. After testing several plant growths, he discovered the best material was carbonized cotton thread. Light bulb was Edison greatest invention, if it were not for him we would still be using fire to see in the dark or won’t be able to decorate our homes and streets during holiday
