As another year comes to a close at the Crowley Chamber of Commerce, I would sincerely like to thank you for your ongoing support and dedication to our organization. Your membership is vital to our existence, and with your partnership and involvement, we are able to carry out our mission to support not only the business community, but also the community of Crowley and Acadia Parish as a whole. A continuous advocate for the business community, it is not our goal to simply meet the standards of this organization, but to exceed them. No matter the circumstance or situation, the Crowley Chamber strives to be the source of information and support for our members, our community and beyond. In fact, we completed a 34 point evaluation in the six areas of Advocacy, Communication, Mission Focus, Financial Management, Administration, and Organization to earn our first-ever Accreditation bestowed by the Louisiana Chamber of Commerce Executives. The Crowley Chamber of Commerce strives to create a climate for expansion and growth for the business community; we make it our priority. We have seen substantial development across the parish, even right outside our own office. With over 30 new members since July 2016 and 19 Ribbon Cuttings, we have created something bigger than what meets the eye. Not only have we seen the further completion of our …show more content…

The new Board of Directors will meet for its annual retreat in July to focus on strategic planning for the coming year and beyond. Any input you may have, would be welcomed!
