Transition and change. Two interrelated yet very distinct concepts, which all too often, are used interchangeably; consequently, becoming indistinguishable. Change is an inevitable part of life, occurring regardless of whether planned or not, possessing the ability to drastically alter lives and produce a multitude of effects.
