What is bullying?
Bullying is a pattern of intentionally harming and humiliating others. The person bullying always has more power than the victims because bullies usually get what they want. Bullying can happen face-to-face, at a distance and even though communication devices as text messages, email or Facebook. Bullying can also be someone making threats to you, attacking someone physically or verbally, through spreading rumours, or even just simply excluding someone from a group intentionally. Bullying usually happens from a early age starting in telemetry school. ("What Is Bullying?")

Bullies that use physical actions are for the most part bigger, stronger and more tough than their classmates. Physical bullying can be anything from hitting, slapping, kicking or shoving someone one. Physical bullying is the most obvious form of bullying to recognize. Due to that it is so visible to see if someone has been physically bullied it usually receives more attention in schools or at work.
Hidden bullying:
Hidden bullying is relatively hard to identify because it often done in sneaky ways or behind the bullied person back. This type of bullying generally goes ignored by teachers and parents. This bullying was also created to sabotage and harm someones social position. It could also be called social manipulation. What often happens is that the bully will start spreading rumours, break confidences, joke about the person behind their back, humiliate them, make disrespectful looks and encouraging others to socially reject someone. It is common around girls to use this sort of bullying.

This type of bullying is when people use the internet, cellphones, social media or any other form of technology to harass, embarrass, threaten or target someone. If an adult is doing cyber bullying it is called cyberstalking. Cyber bullying is when a person posts hurtful images, videos to the internet, post nasty rumours about a person, or even posting threats online. Cyber bulling in the last few years had become a rising issue among the your people. Many people would rather use cyber bullying because you have a less risk of getting caught. Most people who use this type of bullying generally use it because they have more courage to say it over technology devices instead of face to face and they can be anonymous.
