Physical bullying can also be bullying with aggressive physical intimidation. These include: hitting, touching in unwanted and inappropriate ways, pushing, kicking, tripping or blocking. An example of physical abuse would be if a child pulled a girl's hair and pushed her around.

It involves threatening, calling people names, disrespectful comments about a person's attributes. These include their sexuality, religion, disability or their appearance etc. An example of verbal bullying is if a child says to another child “you’re smelly like your parents” or “you’re so fat.”
To be able to spot the signs would be that the child can become withdrawn from everyone, doesn’t eat much (lost appetite), become moody.

Relational
Relational bullying is when someone is deliberately preventing someone to talk to people or joining a group (i.e. dinner table, social activity, game sport). An example of relational bullying is: all the girls in the class have a sleepover over the weekend and then talk about how much fun it was in front of a girl who wasn’t invited as if she wasn’t there
The signs of relational bullying is if they are alone more than usual, mood changes, becoming withdrawal from peer groups. Girls are more likely to experience nonverbal or emotional intimidation and social exclusion other than boys.
