United States

The structure of the United States government is stated in the U.S Constitution. The distribution of power is divided equally into three branches; Judicial, Executive, and Legislative. The Judicial branch is the court systems whom interpret the laws stated in the Constitution. There is three types of court systems; appeals, bankruptcy, and civil. There is also several supreme district courts and a federal supreme court. The Executive branch is the President, Donald Trump, where the laws are enforced. A new President is elected every four years and the President can only serve two four year terms. The Legislative branch is Congress; House of Representatives and Senate. In Sweden the system works the same. The Prime Minister, Stefan LOFVEN, makes all the political decisions while the chief of state, as they call him, King CARL XVI GUSTAF, has only ceremonial duties. The Prime Minister and the chief of state are part of the Executive branch where laws are enforced. The Legislative branch, Congress, instead of being bicameral is unicameral and is called Parliament. The Judicial branch is also the same to United States for this is also the court system. Their policy on citizenship is difficult to understand but seems to work for them very well. They are also on the short end of list that the United States is somewhat high on. Examples are their unemployment rates of being a total of 20.4%, when comparison to the world is 65. Their population distribution was also fascinating because a high percentage of their population is in the south where the climate isn’t as drastic.
