Method:
Using a small plastic pitcher filled with room temperature water, pour 10mL of the water into a small plastic beaker. If the walls of the beaker are wet be sure to dry them with a paper towel. With your scissors cut the Whatman filter paper into two strips, then cut one end of each strip into a point.
