What I Learned In My ASB Junior Class

I grew in many ways this semester. Being this year’s current ASB junior class president has changed my view on things and has help me improve as a student and gain skills thats are very beneficial to being a high school student as well as help me in the world once I’m done with school. I have learned many new skills that have helped me become stronger as a leader and have widened my horizons in life. If I was given a deadline I would complete the task to full potential and on time but as the year went on my time management improved. I bettered my communication skills by communicating my actions with all people involved and interested in a project. I got better at completing projects as the semester went on, while learning new things. From the beginning of the year I was always good at managing myself but as time went on I became more responsible and was better at controlling how I completed things. I have always been an open, talkative girl to selective people. When it comes to communicating about my progress and projects, I have improved greatly. I was always clear on what was going on and how things were coming. Throughout the semester I grew in communication in how I address things, was sure everyone was clear what was going on, that things were getting done, and deadlines were being met. I always ask for clarification if something isn't clear or ask to have someone look at something to be sure it was to its full potential. Communication is a good thing to have because it is a major key part of getting through the world outside of high school.
