Today, there many ways to communicate with customers. Like videos, blogging, social media, twitter and mobile apps. But which ways are the most effective?
Effectiveness of communicating to customers via these electronic ways depends on the business nature, for some social media like Facebook or twitter might be very beneficial and works well, but may not be the best one for another company. Same way it depends on some customers whether they prefer to be contacted via social media, like me I am constant on Facebook whereas I have my director who prefers email contact or a phone call.
Twitter and Facebook are mobile apps and same time a type of blog.
