I struggle to complete the challenges in my life I am avid to overcome. I am here to prove this change is possible. Amid a new-found understanding of my self-worth and eagerness to exceed the expectations of those surrounding me, I have chosen to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Service Administration. Whitworth University will become my navigation. The structure and literature provided through this degree will allow its curriculum to enhance my productivity in reaching my overall educational and professional goals. I will earn my bachelor’s degree and turn my education into a career and potential ownership.

Courses such as; Public Relations and Communication, Strategic Leadership in Public Service Organization, and Ethics in Public Service can build a positive foundation to begin impacting those around me. My passion is to lead a joint youth and senior community center. This degree will support my aim to integrate the youth and the elderly in our communities. By forming an open line of communication and an emotional sponsorship we can bring solidarity to the way the youth will view others today. Perhaps the center will open our hearts to help others and one-day embrace friendships with strangers of all ages, rather, shun them due to the projected stance on diversity this world presently holds. This small achievement can potentially shed light on the way we converse providing a healthy balance of what people believe they are missing in their lives, or simply encourage a healthy approach to one’s future.
