Romeo and Juliet, a very famous play written by William Shakespeare, is filled with nearly every powerful emotion imaginable, love, lust, hate, desire, spite, adoration, anger, and so many more. The play closes with Romeo and Juliet ending their lives just days after the met. Shakespeare tangles the play so every character and occasion assumes an imperative part in the tragedy of Romeo and Juliet. Romeo and Juliet the 'star crossed lovers' appear to be destined the primary day they meet each other. The individuals who are blamed for the tragic deaths of Romeo and Juliet are lovers themselves, Friar Laurence, and the feud between the two families. Romeo and Juliet truly loved each other, but they could have avoided the tragic end of their deaths. The two lovers’ of Romeo and Juliet are the fault of their own death. In the play, Romeo displayed his love for Juliet when he tries to restrain Tybalt. Romeo has quickly changed his affection from Rosaline to Juliet, just like Romeo has said to Mercutio, “But love thee better than thou canst devise,”(3.1.40). Juliet has let her fear of marrying Paris overcome her to kill herself when Romeo is just in Mantua. The Friar agree to fake Juliet’s death because he thinks it will end the feud between the Montague and Capulets. Like Friar Laurence has said, “For this alliance may so happy prove To turn your households' rancor to pure love”(2.3.91-92). Friar Laurence was a wise advisor to Romeo and Juliet. He kept their secret and helped them be together. He was the one who married the two hoping that the marriage would cause an end to the feud. The lovers trusted him, but it the end all the Friar did is leave Juliet when she needed him
