As we know, marijuana is one of the generally used drugs that are the illegal in the world, especially in California. Marijuana, like a lot of other illegal drugs, is from made a special plant. According to a news report from Daily Kos, it said, "The average marijuana plant needs about 6 gallons of water a day, depending on its size and whether it's grown inside or outside." For a state such as California which is in a severe drought, should marijuana be legalized or not? Some people think marijuana is a good idea because it can help a country’s economy, by providing more job opportunities and tax increases.

Life is a central point for each person. However, too much marijuana intake will bring a big negative effect because it can make people lose control and not concentrate on something. For instance, in losing control, people having too much marijuana intake can cause a dangerous situation where they can’t control the steering wheel when driving. Even, some marijuana users after smoking marijuana may lose control to use violent behavior to hurt others. So, these behaviors will increase the rate of crime. In addition, some people spend their time to smoke marijuana, and will bring these bad habits to their life. At time passes, marijuana makes them unable to concentrate on their jobs and studies and this lead them to losing their jobs. This case lets us know marijuana is a bad thing that makes people's life get into great trouble. For instance, some people spend their all of time to smoke marijuana which can lead them to lose their family fortune.
