But failure isn’t a bad thing, students should see it as an advantage for a second try. Failure is necessary in order to see the struggle towards success, but if the student finds a way to take failure and turn it into an opportunity to learn then these students will have a complete package to becoming successful. It’s hard to stay happy when theirs a failure in front of the student and that is understood, but that’s the wrong way to see a failure. Carol S.
