I plan to attend Wright State for five years, four years for my undergraduate degree and one year to complete my master's degree after enrolling in the 4+1 program. I plan on majoring in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a minor in Supply Chain Management, and receiving my Masters of Science in Industrial and Human Factors Engineering with a focus on Logistics and Supply Chain. I became interested in this field after talking to my neighbor, who is an Industrial and Systems Engineer at Willy Wonka’s Chicago plant, and especially after hearing Dr. Pratik Parikh speak about the field in one of my classes. After I receive my degrees, I plan to participate in an internship, and then find a permanent job.
Each week I run Middle School Academic Challenge practices at my former high school. As the advisor, I am responsible for creating weekly quizzes, preparing mini-lectures, organizing the rooms, and providing transportation to weekend competitions. Outside of practice and tournaments, I am also

I was selected as the Coordinator for SGA’s Freshmen Academics Committee where we are attempting to improve all aspects of academic life at Wright State. We successfully compiled data from a survey that received over 400 responses regarding professors’ office hours availability. In the upcoming year, we plan to re-design First-year Seminars and make improvements to Freshmen Orientation. For the upcoming 2018 year, I have been appointed as the Director of Finance, one of five Executive Board Positions, for the CECS Student Council where I will be responsible for record keeping, paying invoices, day-to-day budget operations, and the compilation of a monthly expenditure report.
