The Literacy Since I studied high school in Vietnam, my parents had told me about moving to the United States for a living. Because the United States has more opportunities and benefits, this powerful country has brought the lot of success for people such as having better educations, the better jobs, health insurance, and so on. Therefore, my life changed when I was eighteen years old. During that time, I graduated high school in Vietnam, and also I had to move to another country to continue rest of the life. Although I had studied English in high school at Vietnam, my English did not do well. However, when I came to the U.S, my English had improved in many ways. In 2013, the first year that I had been to the United States was the most challenging year for me because of my literacy language was the hard part for me to follow. During that time, I did not know much about English, and my English was so terrible especially pronunciation and listening. I had studied Non-Credit courses about one year. In 2016 of Fall semester, I tried to retake replacement test to catch the credit class to explore because I had more confident and ready to go high education of college courses. Until now, my literacy has improved such as did not dare to open the mouth talking through dare talking with other people by using English; the pronunciation was getting much progress that people understood what I said, and the grammar and writing still have to improve more to prepare to go to
