As a professional counselor we must base our decision on non bias. The counselor supports the ACA code of ethics and engages the question to the clients of possibility of cut sessions and transfer. The non immigrant clients undocumented give the option to become legal or service must stop, at three sessions want to serve legally. The immigration will be a major cut for millions dollars of savings. I would seek the community suggestion for the cut and put into counselor strategist center and ACA ethic planning. Counselor would provide group sessions to less psychiatry demanding and cut sessions to three and 30 minutes sessions, not the hour.
