An excellent administrator must be able to adhere to a vision why working with the daily details of running a school building. The administrator must be able to handle the logistics of the many tasks occurring including student discipline and development, teacher development, adherence to special education regulations, athletics, and student safety.

In order to handle these responsibilities, an administrator must be an excellent manager of both priorities and time. In my role at COSI, I managed a program with 17 full time employers and an annual budget of 1.25 million dollars. In my time as the director, the program grew in revenues, corporate sponsorships, students and states served. I managed hiring, training, and evaluating staff. I worked with corporate sponsors by managing relationships and forging new sponsorships by developing relationships in the corporate world. I have been a classroom teacher for 10 years with an excellent record for student achievement in my classrooms. In teaching the Information Technology CTE pathway, my students have excelled in earning industry certifications and have went on to success in both college and industry. As a teacher, I have continue to evolve my practice to gain student engagement and bolster student achievement. As an individual steeped in technology, I have led the 1:1 professional development initiative at Buckeye Career Center where I have designed and implemented a variety of professional developments (Google Drive, Google Classroom, Class Dojo, Socrative), created a 1:1 training plan based on a staff needs assessment/survey (that I created), and recruited other staff members to create professional developments as
