Many undergraduate students has recently graduate and cannot obtain a job because the field is too competitive. Company not only looks for people who has the knowledge, experiences, but also for your high education. When two people are being interviewed at the same time with both similar standards, but one has a master degree, and the other has bachelor degree. The person who has a master degree has a higher chance of being hired by the company. The experience of being offered in the integrated BBA/MS program can lead me to the graduate program. I do not have to waste time applying for graduate school and waiting to be accepted. The integrated program is offering me a hand to get a Bachelor and Master Degree by the end of my fifth year in college. I can be eligible for the Certified Public Accountants Test (CPA) by the time I graduate. The process and time has been shortening. In the meantime, I can be doing internship as well for the experience. The New York State requires at least 150 credits in total to be eligible for the CPA Exam. The offered in being part of the integrated BBA/MS program, Baruch College accounting major students will be graduating with Bachelor’s degree first and then enroll in the MS program. I always lacked leadership skills; and communication skills; therefore I really want this opportunity to be able to improve the skills I lacked. The integrated program will offer workshops such as mentoring & counseling, lectures, and networking activities. These workshops will help me in the job field because it will build up leadership. Leadership plays an important role in any particular job. I can meet people during networking activities and they can help me have a better understanding of the career
