In the emerging marketplace, corporations are constantly striving to remain above their peers and competition. One of the most crucial and consequential ways of achieving this is by creating an attractive workplace environment that is appealing to potential recruits who are actively seeking employment. Employees are often attracted to workplace environments that offer substantial benefits that enhance their life with tangible and intangible rewards (Losh, 2011). Along with having several reward systems, it is equally important for there to be group cohesion in the workplace.
