The author of the "All Summer in a day" is Ray Bradbury and it's a story about kids living on Venus and wanting to see the sun. They want to see the sun so badly because there it only rains. Then one of the kid gets jealous of the main character Margot because she is the only one that remembers the sun because she is from earth so they lock her in the closet and when the sun comes out they forget that they locked her and then they realize what they did was bad and they let her out. The most accurate theme for this is don't judge others or you will regret it.

First the kids bullied Margot and for example William says " speak when your spoken to and gave her a shove" (Bradbury 2). This quote says that William one of the other kids gives her a shove and talks rudely so it shows that the quote does explain the thesis. This also shows that Margot is being bullied. William bullies Margot saying "get away" the boy gave her another push"(Bradbury 2). This example shows that the kids bullied Margot.
