In the story All Summer in a Day By Ray Bradbury, the ending left the reader at a cliffhanger. Based on Margot’s reactions and feelings toward the other students and the sun, I suspect that when Margot was let out of the closet she immediately went to the windows to check to see if the sun was still out, but was then disappointed that the sun was gone and she was also mad at the other students for what they had done. Thus leading me to believe that Margot would go to the windows was that in the story, it said, “Only when they sang about the sun and summer did her lips move as she watched the drenched windows.” I concluded from that statement that Margot loved the sun and missed it. Based on my conclusions and the text, it makes sense that
