Quality Assurance is about developing excellence in provision and improving the service delivery to all personnel involved, in the course delivery.
At HIT Training, we ensure, that at all times, we are delivering quality learning, assessment and quality assurance to our learners’. This is required to get the most out of all of our delivered qualifications. The benefits for all, be it our learners’, their employers and as we, as a business means that, we will have an improved learner experience; we will be able to raise our learner achievement rates; to have increased learner retention rates; to have more cost effective programmes; all our regulatory requirements are met, and the support for other planning and monitoring processes such as self-assessment are adhered to. To achieve this, quality and quality assurance must be included from the planning stage of programmes of learning, as they are integral to the programmes themselves.

They will also have contact with the learner’s employer throughout the course, where they will be involved in the qualification, they will also benefit on the learners completion of the course. The QA will ensure that the correct rules of combination are followed; therefore, quality assurance measures must be built into all processes in the learner journey. They will also be responsible to ensure that the key components of the learners’ learning journey, from initial assessment and sign-up, as well as the Trainer Assessor (TA) are compiling assessment plans accurately and fairly. The QA will ensure that Learner’s journey throughout their course is fair, and ensure that they are following HIT’s Equality & Diversity policy, as well as the Appeals Procedure at all
