information on why eight states have passed the ballot for medical use of
marijuana. They mention other countries like Australia has decriminalized marijuana and
others have reconsidered the approach towards marijuana. They point out the three
general policies approaching the situation with marijuana in the United States, which is
the prohibition, decriminalization, and legalization. They define each of these major

Practitioners are generally much more familiar and comfortable prescribing a pharmaceutical produced product. Given the irregularities of the cannabis industry, this position is vaguely unjustified. Inhalation of marijuana is much easier for the patient to regulate because the effects are almost immediate. That helps to determine if the appropriate amount of medicine has been consumed and can adjust their dose accordingly. Marijuana can be prescribed for anxiety, depression, mental suffering, and pain treatment, without resorting to addictive pharmaceutical medicines.

Wyatt points out why marijuana should be considered for legalization. He states that because he believes it would bring in more jobs, money for the schools, assist funding for education, also provide money for health. He thinks that the biggest debate involves how it should be taxed. He presumes that it will be high, making it become easily regulated. The taxes could be used very usefully. Each state has their view and estimate of the tax revenue coming from marijuana.
