To gain the knowledge I needed for this research I interviewed John an employee at our local Best buy store. John has worked for Best Buy for a year and is very familiar with most all tablets. Taking a list with me on the tablets I had researched on line, (shown in the table on page 3) I asked John to show me all 3 on the list. My first question was, do they use tablets at their store? He responded “always, we mostly use them for price matching products to give our costumers the lowest prices available and to also check the stock in the store.” Another question I had for John was what tablet does preferred to use and why? He said, “ I use a iPod they have more a lot more apps to choose from.” He began to explain the different operating systems, processors, battery life, and the cost of each different tablet (as shown in the table on page 2 of this report). They also carry the same 3 tablets researched at Best buy. At Staples I met a sales member her name is Stacy; she has worked for Staples for 2 years, I started explaining to her about my research on the different tablets, she was eager to assist me. She showed me all 3 of the tablets on my list and also a few I had not seen before. Asking her the same questions as John, Stacy responded “ they also use the tablets in their store to assist customers and to check updated on stock.” She can also order for the main warehouse using her tablets. We talked about the warranties and I asked her if they have a protection plan as well as Best Buy? She answered right away, “ Yes we do! Its called square trade protection plan.” Stacy then explained they price match as well and will give up to 10 percent additional savings of the difference. When I asked her which tablet would she recommend for our Business she stated, “The Apple ipod, best tablet out
