In life you will have to manage many things. The act of taking on tasks, and effectively completely them is to “manage”. When you take on multiple specific tasks, you will have to generate a system to control all these specific tasks. The world manage can also mean in charge of whether it be a company, or an establishment. You are controlling your future, and trying to “manage” the tasks that come with it. The moment you step foot in that door, the whole work ethic that the job displays hits you at once, leaving you to make a decision for yourself in the matter of seconds. To be a successful worker, you have to love what you do. If you don’t absolutely love your job, you wont have the drive to excel in it. You can get the work done, and you can accomplish a lot. But, if you don’t have the modest, honest, hard working traits, and the love of the job, then you will never be a successful worker. A successful worker is someone that goes beyond his/her comfort zone, and ventures into a world of ideas. If you aren’t making something better within those ten years of working, than you will never be considered a successful worker. You have to the self-confidence, trust in yourself, to pursue the beliefs you believe in. If you have a big idea, nothing will ever happen if you keep it to yourself. If you want to success, if you want to live, passion will get you there. All of the traits that I have mentioned, play a specific role in getting you to that “successful worker” ranking. Lifes about competition, and no matter how much you are good at something, if you don’t love it, you will never be truly good at it. Being a successful worker gives you a term that portrays to the world, that you can think outside the box. We are people that demonstrate anything can be achieved, with passion and hard work. If you want to succeed in the workplace, you have to know why you are there. If you are there because you have to be, you will never succeed.
