When the existing business is to assume a major change or when planning a new venture, a 3 to 5 year business plan is required, since investors will look for their investment return in that timeframe Business plans are decision-making tools. (2017) Kiddos inverting the bottle we had the same vision as a mother of three I saw a huge gap in the market of opening a boutique shop because it was very hard to get fashionable clothing for the children, had to travel out of the country for good specialty retail store that sells unique and stylish clothing.

Kiddo Boutique will be selling fashionable clothes from infants to thirteen years of age. Its main target market are people who have good taste of quality products which will be affordable. (120 words)

2. Company ownership

Kiddo’s will be led by two Sisters Joanne Muta and Kourtney Muiri its not their first time venture. While in college Joanne used to sell fashionable clothes to the students and it gave her valuable insight of the market what customers need and want.Joanne studied degree in Fashion and design and Kourtney did banking and finance Both will co-manage Kiddo boutique, although the day to day duties will differ, the directors of the business have vast experience in marketing and finance which are the key components of starting a business. “Business partnerships are like marriage, if you choose the wrong partner, the union will end up in divorce” The two directors are well disciplined, focused on making this businesses work, and eliminate any hindrances or distractions to their goals.
