Being in a class room making lesson plans and teaching a group of kids, is what many people like to do. There are many jobs one can choose from, however some enjoy educating others. This career is a teacher, being a teacher is someone who learns with their students, and teaches them importance of life in and out of school.
To become a teacher there are many job requirements. Specific job requirements vary by state and level of education. Most traditional path involves graduating from an accredited education program and earning state licensure. All public school teachers must be licensed. Typically teaching licenses are available through state boards of education and are divided into such categories as early childhood, elementary, middle and secondary education, and special subjects. Some states may require for a master’s degree to teach in middle or high school. All teachers must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Completion of a teacher education program might make receiving a license easier but most states offer alternative licensing options for aspiring teachers with bachelor’s degree in other subject areas. In south Korea and Germany starting salaries for teachers are about 141%of per capital GDP, while the figure for the united states is only 81%. All countries in this sample pay their teachers a significantly higher relative wage as a starting salary compared to the united states. We also have student teacher but not everyone gets paid, the students work for hours and after they reach their limit then they may start and also get paid.
